For Labor Day I went down to Ocean Isle Beach, NC. My college roommate Meredith and her husband Matthew were going down and invited a bunch of people to join them. It ended up that Courtney and I were the only friends that could join them. But it was soooo relaxing and wonderful spending time with 2 of my dearest friends and enjoying time on the beach! It was a perfect farewell to summer and I loved being there. Meredith's husband is hilarious and it was fun to get to spend time with him as well... they are such a sweet couple! Courtney and I once again were travel buddies and I enjoy getting to spend time with her outside of school and cultivate our friendship and of course tell all our stories to others :)
Matthew and Courtney were tied for number 1 at the halfway point in our mini-golf excursion... I lost with grace and came in 4th... too bad we didn't play volleyball!
We missed the other half of our 6-some
We got into a little sand fight :) It was so much fun!
Another friend from college was able to meet up with us for dinner in Calabash one night.
