Shelburne Farm

Sunday after church I went to Shelburne Farm in Stow, MA to have my first apple pickin' experience. I love me some farms, so was really really excited. It was a gorgeous fall day and the drive was spectacular. I went with two new friends from my church, Janna and Janelle, and Janelle's sister Cari who was visiting from California. We had so much fun and laughed a lot, it was so great to get to spend some time together and begin to cultivate new friendships.

This was the point in the day where I knew I had found a good friend..... love that Janelle was willing to "bob" for apples in a mud puddle just to get a super fun picture... ahhh does my heart good!
Also, makes me miss good ole MC and Cornhuskin'

Apparently I have been "drawing" apple trees incorrectly my whole life, I had no clue they looked like this.
Apples EVERYWHERE

Nothin' runs like a deere

Cari, Me, Janna, and Janelle

There was a ladder leaning up against one of the trees and of course I had to climb it, I think I want to have an orchard one day.
