It was such a treat to stay in a hotel during their visit. I felt like I was on vacation. At the hotel we stayed at the majority of the time, they only had a king room so I got used to sleeping with a squirmy 3 year old... I am going to miss waking up in the middle of the night with feet in my side! Needless to say my twin will feel super empty tonight!
Of course Aunt Karoline is going to read lots of books, we also read Riley's favorite Bible story (David and Goliath) he kept calling me Goliath, which I didn't understand because his dad is more of a giant than I am. He also enjoyed me reading him one of my textbooks and was super fascinated with me highlighting the text.
Saturday was sunny so we bundled up and headed to Alumni stadium for the NC State vs. BC game
This was before the sugar high from the cotton candy sunk in, it was nice to have a warm body to sit on my lap and keep me warm!!
