I am proud of myself today... what in the world is that in the picture you might ask??? Well my friends today I ventured into a new recipe. This was one of the ingredients. This was something that I shamefully had to google image so I would know what to look for at the store, but my friends I found it at the supermarket and used it in my recipe.... do you know what it is? I would never have known.... it's ginger root and added to my fabulous orange chicken recipe for my crockpot made it DELICIOUS! So those out there who thought I was gonna get all citified well I still have an ounce of domesticity in my newly acquired northernness.
I think I might become a lifetime grad student... this is super fun :)
