Last week I attended the 5th annual National Reading First Conference in Nashville, TN. We stayed at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Hotel. Oh my gracious was it ever fabulous. The pictures do not do justice to how amazingly serene and gorgeous this hotel was. I got lost numerous times trying to find conference sessions, the elevator, and my room! My dear friend from college and colleague, Courtney, was my roomie and we paled around the 4 days we were there. It was such a blessing to have her and we both enjoy doing a lot of similar things which made the trip even more fun.
