Stay off the Roads!!!

So... after deciding that I would be a Bostonian for at least 2 more years I made the huge leap to become an official Massachusetts driver. I did some research and had planned on going in April and had all the forms filled out. You have to get your driver's license before you can register your car so yesterday with my manilla folder chocked full of exciting documentation I made my way to the DMV.
The license part was fairly simple, a form filled out proof that I was who I said I was and proof that I lived here, etc. I only had to wait about 45 minutes. Shelled out 100 bucks and was on my way with my piece of paper, the actual license gets mailed out later.

So feeling somewhat confident I decided to tackle the registration and license plate the next day. I had gotten the form from the front desk when I went to get my license. You have to get your insurance company to verify that you do indeed have insurance by having them sign the form. The only major problem was that my insurance company does not have an actual office in the entire state.... got them to send me the form.
Went in the next day waited in line for about an hour and a half went up to the window, didn't have an additional section filled out.... ugggghhh and was told I needed an additional form since I didn't have the title to my car.
Left got the form filled out came back waited for another hour and then got up to the counter and didn't have like 2 boxes filled out that needed to be.
The girls says to me in a really mean voice, "IF YOU HURRY UP AND FILL THEM OUT RIGHT HERE I WON'T MAKE YOU WAIT IN LINE AGAIN"
I frantically fill it out then she asks if I will be paying with check or cash. I say check she points to the paper on the desk telling how to exactly fill out your check. I fill out my check then politely ask how much it is cause she didn't tell me and she very rudely tells me how much and seems annoyed that I didn't know. WHATEVER!!!

I finally get my registration and my license plates and have 7 days to get my car inspected.
I decide that since I am already completely stressed out why not go ahead and get my car inspected and get the ordeal over with.
The nice man at the gas station even puts my new plates on for me.
So after 3 visits to the RMV (It is not called the DMV. It is affectionately known as the Register of Motor Vehicles, get it right!!!) and 250 bucks later, I am an official Massachusetts resident/driver.

It catches me off guard everytime I go to get in my car cause now my car looks like all the rest, except for one small thing...... I am the only person with initials... gotta keep my southerness somehow :)
Now I can honk, cut people off in traffic, shake my fist, and people can't get mad at me for being from out of state!!!
