I am going to be an aunt again

I think being an aunt is the absolute best possible scenario for loving and spoiling children :)

My oldest sister is preggers and I am beyond thrilled. They have been on quite a journey and through that journey God has brought us two precious little children via Korea. It has been so amazing to watch His plan unfold as my nephew came and then a few years later his sister joined our family. I have learned so much about faith as I have watched my sister and brother-in-law through the years, their battle with infertility, and then through the ups and downs of the adoption process. Their dedication to the Lord and to each other through it all has been such a testimony of marriage. Those who know me know that I think my brother-in-law is umm pretty much one of the greatest men I have EVER known and as the years go by I see that more and more in how he loves my sister, the amazing father he is, and his devotion to God.
Being so far away is going to be even harder, but I do have to say major props for such well executed planning on the due date of little baby P.... December 31st meaning I will be on break, meaning I will have weeks to snuggle with that little baby before I have to go back to school.

This is yet another reminder that God's ways are not always understandable, but we have to continue to trust and obey and that as always He is so faithful even in the midst of what seems like ashes, the beauty will one day rise.

Out of these ashes... beauty will rise
and we will dance among the ruins
We will see Him with our own eyes
Out of these ashes... beauty will rise
For we know, joy is coming in the morning...
in the morning, beauty will rise

You are so sweet! Thank you for the very nice post. Since I (obviously) have had so much control over this I'm so glad that I was able to work the due date out so well for your schedule! LOL!
