As part of our schools federally funded reading program we as the K-3 teachers have to do reading modules each month. Last year I was contacted by the company that we do the module through to ask if they could use one of my quotes in their promotion materials. They also asked for me to send them a picture. I had wondered when it was going to be published and never heard anything.
Well Courtney called me last night to tell me that I was on the HOMEPAGE of the voyageru website and this morning our Reading Coach came in to tell me the same thing and was telling everyone in the school, needless to say my principal was pretty excited! I was kind of embarrassed but really excited too.
So I am wondering if this means I can add this to my resume... haha
