With so many fun outdoor activities happening in Boston in the summer, Shakespeare on the Common is one I especially look forward to. This year's performance was All's Well that Ends Well. This is a play I was not at all familiar with, but really enjoyed it.
The play is free to the public and people come early to scout out prime spots and bring their dinner. I went with Maggie, Janna, and Sally. We grabbed sandwiches at a cute little deli across from the Common and enjoyed our picnic before the show.
Maggie and I have enjoyed some fun outings this summer from movies, to lunch to beach days. It is so nice to have a friend with a free schedule :)

Each year the type of play alternates, last year was a comedy, this year a tragedy, meaning next year will be a comedy. Come visit, we can get cultured together!!
