Portsmouth

My community group went on an outing on Saturday to Portsmouth, NH for breakfast at the Friendly Toast. This place was amazing and the french toast I ordered is the BEST I have ever eaten. The atmosphere was so fun and the restaurant was decorated in a very retro/I just bought a bunch of old crap at a yard sale and stuck it on the wall motif.

.
Beautiful Portsmouth (gorgeous blue sky and a nice chilly temp of 20ish)
After brunch a few of us stayed to do a little shopping. I am just loving these quaint New England towns.

This bridge is the New Hampshire/Maine border. The welcome to Maine sign is right in the middle of the bridge.

NH on the left/Maine on the right

This historical house was gorgeous and read the below picture for the history on the tree

I have really enjoyed being able to explore various states and towns. Can't wait to see what my next adventure will be :)

Karoline, do you know that there is a Friendly Toast in Cambridge? I haven't been, but sounds like it's worth checking out...a bit closer than Portsmouth! :)
