So it's the start of week #2 in the Biggest Loser, Karoline edition. Last week I got serious about my need to lose some weight and tone up. I am so excited! I have been drinking a ton of water everyday and last week I worked out 3 times. So far this week I have already hit the gym twice. I love working out and I feel so amazing. I haven't noticed any significant loss but will be measuring every two week to see how many inches I have lost. I have also significantly cut out sweets in my life. Our school has been selling doughnuts each week and I have not eaten one for the past 2 weeks! I am sooooooo proud of this. I have such a love for breads and especially doughnuts.... so this feat is HUGE! I have also been eating a lot of fruit and snacking on that instead of cookies and sweet things. I feel so great and am hoping to hit my first goal by Memorial Day weekend :)
