NYC Part 1

I was heading to NYC for the weekend for Tay's bachelorette so when my friend Angela asked if I wanted to come a day earlier with her, I said YES!! So I got to experience my first bus ride to NYC.... quite an adventure and so glad I didn't have to do it alone!!

Wednesday night we ate dinner at this super cute Thai restaurant called Room Service then headed to Time Square.

Hmm I think it would be cute to sit down in the middle of Times Square and have my picture taken.... luckily my photographer obliged my request :)

This picture is an accurate portrayal of the real me and it makes me so happy to see it!!

Thursday we headed to the High Line, a garden that has been created where the old overhead railroad used to be, it was cool to see the buildings surrounding and the beginning blooms of spring!!

I used to read my students a book about a little boy and his mom who lived in the city and would go to a luncheonette... I was excited to find one!

After the High Line we headed to lunch and then I headed off to check into the hotel and meet Tay and the girls for the remainder of the weekend :)
