Tricia Visits

This fall has been crazy and I have had zero visitors :( Oh wait that is because I was the visitor for so many of the weekends!! Tricia had the whole week of Thanksgiving off so she hopped on a plane Monday morning and came to visit. After being delayed many many hours she finally made it only to sit on the runway for another hour, oh my goodness! We headed to IKEA Monday night for some fun shopping and had to try out the Swedish meatballs... hmm not super impressed.

Tuesday we headed to Newbury Street for her Birthday/Christmas surprise. We went to 1154 Lill Studio, it's kind of like build a bear for grown-ups. You first have to choose your bag design then you pick your fabric. Okay it sounds way easier than it really is. Look at all that fabric and that was just one section!! I think I should get a job there this summer, but I would probably never have any money because I would spend it all on bags!!

So many choices!

You can spread fabric all over the work tables. It was so much fun to let the creative juices flow. I chose the Holly and Tricia chose the Ellie. I cannot wait to get my bag in the mail, I am soooo excited. We then lunched and shopped.

Wednesday we met Kelly and Sarah at the diner for breakfast before we hit the road to New York for Thanksgiving.

It was so fun to be able to spend a few days together in Boston and then the rest of the week together in New York :)
