While Antiquing

So a few weeks ago my friend Kelly and I went antiquing in Maine for the afternoon. While in one of the shops I found a few "antiques" from my childhood.......

We had one of these cow heads in the junk drawer in the kitchen for years, I never knew what it went to, I finally figured it out.

Do these people look familiar??? I loved these people and the little house that they belonged with, we never had the actual house, but I played with it at church all the time and would ring the little doorbell on the front and open and close the garage. Or maybe we did have the house??? Did we sisters????

So I squeal and pull the house down onto the floor and get on the carpet and play with the little people... mind you there is like no room to walk past me and people probably thought I was a loser, but I didn't care, I was taking it back to the 80's!!!

The bald dad and his daughter chillin' in their vintage chairs
I am thankful for little childhood memories and well if I didn't live in a mouse hole I probably would have bought this little house and the people, but maybe it will be there next time I go and I can play with it again :)

I totally had that house and all the people and the airplane too. My people were pimped out. However, I was sad the day the people got fat. Apparently, they were considered a choking hazard and so now they are all rather round.
