One Step Closer

As many know I completed all my course work for my teaching license in December, which has been a huge blessing. As a lateral-entry student I do not have to complete a semester of student teaching since I am already teaching. My principal has to complete a summative assessment for each year I have taught at my school. I have tried to be patient but have been very anxious to get them turned in to the powers that be so that I will get my license sooner rather than later as I look towards what God has as my next step. I was THRILLED yesterday when she placed the last two summatives on my desk. So as of 8:35am this morning I slid all the necessary paperwork under the door of the professor at Central who is in charge and now am just waiting for word.
Through this whole long process of lost paperwork, being dropped from classes, the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing, and on and on, I can look back and see God's hand and His faithfulness with me every step of the way. It has been such a blessing to get reimbursed after each semester and to have been able to complete almost all my courses online.
I can't wait, I am just one last hoop away from jumping through with a Clear K-6 License!!!
