The Biggest Spaz Moment of My Life... well so far!

So Wednesday was my day to get my "hair did" at the salon and as most women do I look forward to this day for weeks before.... I just love it when someone washes my hair and I feel so grown up when I step into the big salon and say in a very sophisticated voice because this ain't Super Cuts people, "Yes, I have a 5 o'clock appointment with Suzy Stylist." Then the girl with the purple hair at the counter will tell me that she'll let her know.... I only go to places where the people who work there have weird hair because well the weirder their hair is the better of a job they do on yours!

Soooooo anyway I digress.... prior to my appointment I ran to Wal-mart to grab a few things and of course was running late so had to hurry. When I stepped out of the store the wind was blowing like CRAZY and I had a huge rubbermaid container that I had bought and it was blowing and raining and omg I almost blew away. I made it to the salon sat waiting for my apppointment and looking through my purse when I noticed my wallet wasn't in there.... I didn't panick at first, I just went out to my car to see if I had put it on the seat or something... NO WALLET!
Oh great, so I went in and told the receptionist that I had to go back to Wal-mart cause I think I left my wallet there. By this time the wind is REALLY REALLY blowing and it is raining...ugh.
So I go to customer service and ask about the wallet, he goes to find a manager. Granted I have only been away from the store for 10 minutes. They have my wallet someone had found it in the parking lot... I just want to sit down in the middle of the floor and cry. Praise the Lord for honest people or I think it was an angel. I had a good amount of cash in there, credit cards, a check book, they could have robbed me blind in 10 minutes.
I was once again reminded that I need to be more dilligent to not be so frazzled and scattered and if that means I am five minutes late for something, well I'm five minutes late.

You must be like me. I HATE being late. I will drive like a maniac so I will not be on minute late and then realize I am endangering the life of my children, myself and the countless innocent people on the road who are in my way!!! Inevitably what happens when you get to the salon. You have to WAIT because they are BEHIND!!!!!!

I'm glad you found your wallet, but you didn't answer the most important question which is did you still get to have your hair done? ;)
