I can't believe it has been 2 years since we got our Onyx. I will never forget that wonderful evening. So surreal. I remember thinking how there was no way that I was a junior in college and that I was officially allowed to wear the symbol that binds all the meredith angels around the world together.
That was an amazing fall! I think that was the best semester ever. I think my 2nd greatest accomplishment in college (graduating being the 1st) was being the Junior Cornhuskin' Co-Chair... what a "Touch of Reality" that was. Last night Tay and I were reminiscing of my fantabulous rendition of "this is the night" by clay aiken.... one day I will be famous for my song :) We feel like we should be pulling our hair out trying to balance practice and the demands of schoolwork. I have been saving cans though and will be there for the WHOLE thing that cold 1st Friday in November... I can't wait :)
