So I turned 23 at the beginning of the month and I have to say that it was a hard thing. I mean the day itself was super. My co-workers had a cake and cards for me, Tricia threw me a surprise party when I got home from work, and then several of us went out to PF Chang's for a yummy dinner. The hardest thing about it was that well adulthood has really set in... I mean it set in after I finished school last December, but it's real. I'm a real live grown up and well it's just weird. I have a career at a huge wall street firm and well it's surreal.
It's State Fair time and I have gone 2 times so far and am looking forward to going again this weekend.
I'm still looking for a new car and really praying for wisdom in this department! I love driving my old lady car right now and it's so cool when nasty men in old cars start kissing at you... creepy creepy people in this world!!!
Well I'm heading to bed... nighty night!
