So it's that time of year again. Tailgates, cold weather (well we are hoping for it), pigskin, competition, and good ole NC State Football.
Yesterday was the 2nd home game of the season and though I didn't get to watch it from the luxury of the Chancellor's Suite like I did the first game, I do have to say that the location of our season ticket seats is not too shabby.
John (my 17 year old brother) came to the game with Taylor and I and I think he was embarrassed to be sitting with two 25 year old who were wearing the foam cowboy hats and coming up with 101 ways to use a foam finger. I also don't think the fact that as soon as we sat down I spilled my ice all over him helped that in any way!
It was a fun game and NC State pulled out a W for the books.
Taylor and I took John to Cookout afterwards to enjoy and partake of the fun times of college life. John spent the night and then went to church with us this morning. When we walked into Sunday School he asked me, "So what do you do in the Singles class? Is it like speed dating?" Oh wow I thought I was gonna die from hysterical laughter.
