Reflections from the Dentist Chair

I am starting a new category today... Reflections.
Today's reflection comes from the Dentist Chair.
It always amuses me how the person who has both their hands crammed down your throat, they are masked, and are scraping plaque likes it's going out of style want to strike up a conversation with you. Umm in case you didn't notice I kind of can't talk right now and I'm having a hard enough time not gagging on my own saliva.
I became a little self-conscious today while in the chair. I was thinking to myself, "Oh great, this chick is staring at my eyebrows and thinking that man this girl needs some major waxing action." I kind of squirmed and hoped not. Then I began to wonder what she was thinking as she was cleaning my teeth and what kind of weird people had sat in this chair before me. Oh I bet there are stories that could be told and that Dental Hygenists probably have some great stories!
But I got my teeth nice and cleaned and got a new toothbrush out of it!
